Contact:Louisiana Hospitality Foundation Donates Holiday Gifts to New Orleans Charities
Dec 30, 2009 – The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation donated an assortment of gifts to New Orleans charities throughout the 2009 holiday season. Dressed in Santa costumes, members from the organization delivered gifts to several charitable groups, including Chef Duke¹s Foundation for Kids and Catholic Charities Archdiocese Of New Orleans. The Foundation¹s gift-giving efforts brought smiles and relief to numerous children and adults in need. Chef Duke¹s Foundation for Kids was established by Chef Duke LoCicero of Café Giovanni to provide monetary support to children in difficult financial and emotional situations. Catholic Charities operates 48 programs focused on hurricane recovery, food and nutrition, physical and mental health, education, domestic violence and many other issues.###
